But if I’m gonna be honest, these guys are fantastic. They always greet me. They’re always working hard and I honestly can’t complain. As long as you don’t get there too late the lines usually aren’t too bad and they get it moving very quickly. 5/5!!!!

I was about the 6th person in line, with many others behind. 8:30am came and went, the window shutter was never opened. We all waited until almost 9am, line was becoming longer. Some waiting, left. No one ever came out, despite us hearing voices behind the shutter and employee door. I ended up leaving myself. Read reviews after I left & was thankful I dodged a horrible experience as what I needed was related to a passport. I would 0/10 recommend this location.
- TCTammy CobbNov 18, 20251.0I had the worst experience with 2 employees and the supervisor at the Greenacres location. I had a hold for mail scheduled for 3 weeks. I travel weekly and had hundreds of packages delivered. I didn’t want left outside of my home. I came back in town for a few days so I went to pick up numerous boxes so not in there way. I went by today before I leaving town again and was notified I can not have my mail/packages held because they are not a “storage”. The one RUDE employee said I can NEVER use the hold mail service again. I requested to speak with supervisor but no help. I feel if I pay the expensive shipping rates, that pay them, they shouldn’t complain and be grateful they have a job. If it wasn’t for people using there service they wouldn’t have a job. I am planning on contacting “higher ups” to rectify this issue. I would recommend using another location.
