- TCTammy Cobb6 days ago1.0I had the worst experience with 2 employees and the supervisor at the Greenacres location. I had a hold for mail scheduled for 3 weeks. I travel weekly and had hundreds of packages delivered. I didn’t want left outside of my home. I came back in town for a few days so I went to pick up numerous boxes so not in there way. I went by today before I leaving town again and was notified I can not have my mail/packages held because they are not a “storage”. The one RUDE employee said I can NEVER use the hold mail service again. I requested to speak with supervisor but no help. I feel if I pay the expensive shipping rates, that pay them, they shouldn’t complain and be grateful they have a job. If it wasn’t for people using there service they wouldn’t have a job. I am planning on contacting “higher ups” to rectify this issue. I would recommend using another location.

- RHRomi HansenOct 9, 20251.0Sharing a horrible experience with the USPS office at 4300 S JOG RD GREENACRES, FL 33467-9998 with the manager named Patrick who always wears a Hawaiian shirt. Yesterday my husband took $5000 dollars worth of chemicals to ship (which were boxed up by the manufacturer that ships across the US this way all the time) to mail for our business which he has done several times without an issue. This time the products were improperly handled (also refused to review the camera footage with my husband) and two cases leaked as result. See pics. Arrow up means that the box needs to be upright and when my husband went to pick them up and talk to them, they were on their side. We paid for the shipping of chemicals which costs more money at $192.25 (see receipt pic) and they never even left the building. Patrick, the manager, decided not to refund our money but could have. This is robbery/theft as we paid for a service and they did not ship it anywhere and damaged the product. I would not suggest that any small business utilize this post office as clearly the management staff is stealing from the public and perhaps needs some additional training. Would leave zero stars if that was an option
