Today I had five packages to mail. Precious. The USPS employee, refused to scan all five packages. She said she will only scan three and gave me a piece of paper that I can write them all down on in the future. I told her I’m shipping for eBay and I need each individual item scanned and she said no she will only scan three. I asked her three times and each time she said no. When I called previously to the main post office. I was told that it is her job is to scan all of my packages and yet she still refuses. She said she had other work she had to get done. She debated the issue with me long enough to have scanned the other two packages. It takes less than two minutes to scan five packages. There was no one else in line behind me. My receipt is time stamped at 4:55 p.m. I try to avoid conflict so I just go to the post office on Highway 29 where everyone there is exceptionally nice. Precious has been rude numerous times in the past by refusing to scan more than three items and then when it’s my turn in line, she has walked away from the counter and left me standing there for five minutes while she went to the back to do other work. Her personality certainly does not fit her name!

Very disappointed in the customer service here. The lady at the front desk with red hair (clerk #26 on the receipt) was short-tempered and refused to identify herself when asked. It’s frustrating when you’re treated disrespectfully and can’t even report it properly. I won’t be using this post office again.

Awful service. Clerk #26 was completely unhelpful and rude. She wouldn’t provide her name after giving me attitude over a simple package inquiry. I come to the post office for assistance, not to be talked down to. Management really needs to look into who they’re hiring at this location.

The woman at the counter with red hair (clerk #26) had a terrible attitude. She rolled her eyes and refused to answer a basic question about shipping. When I asked for her name, she said she didn’t have to give it to me. That’s not how you treat customers. This location needs better training and accountability.

Terrible customer service. The clerk (receipt said #26) was rude and dismissive from the start. She refused to give me her name when I asked for it, which is really unprofessional. I just wanted help with a simple mailing issue, and she acted like I was bothering her. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a post office.
