If you are coming here to get a passport, I HIGHLY suggest not coming here. There is a tall BALD man that works here that loves to ridicule and make people feel small when they do not know the process of something. He doesn’t know how to “explain” anything. All he knows how to do is yell and talk down to someone instead of allowing them to explain what you’ve been told. Would NOT recommend going here for passport services. They are unwilling to help and are quick to not let you speak. Absolutely horrible process and I would give this place zero stars if I could.

This post office has the rudest customer service ever I stopped by at 4:50 PM On February 17 because I was notified that A package for me was dropped off at this location So I drove over there to pick it up because I won’t be home the day that they’re saying it’s going to be delivered and I have to sign for it According to USPS, I am allowed to pick up that package before it is out for delivery, but the cashier had the rudest attitude and refused to give me the package so now I have to cancel my plans on Friday to be home to sign for a package that I should be able to pick up the same day it was dropped off at the location that it was dropped off at.

The postmaster of this location should read the reviews associated with clerk #26 and be absolutely ashamed. She has no communication skills and is extremely rude to the customers. Her facial expression from when you walk in shows she doesn’t want to deal with you. She is condescending and hateful to everyone. She absolutely does not want to take pictures or process any passport applications. She will not allow you to stand in the area of the counter to be served and the area that she takes the passport photo in is very disorganized and frankly a mess. She has been complained about in almost every review and still continues to be at the location. Her name is Precious but she refuses to give customers her name if asked and it is not displayed on her name tag. This hands down is the absolute worst post office in the area. Go somewhere else if you need to get a passport. If I could rate this place a zero I certainly would. Do better people. You chose to work with the public. Unacceptable.

Dropped off the wrong package, walked back in 5 minutes later to ask to swap the packages, and the lady said “it’s too much work and the carrier comes in half an hour.” Forget customer service, I was just hoping for decency and understanding. Cant re route package. Packages is now lost. Last time I ever use USPS…

Postmaster should be ashamed to have so many poor reviews about one employee without responding, let's me know they are weak and can't manage. The clerk (refused to give me her name when I asked for it-receipt said #26) everyone refers to was rude and had a horrible attitude from the start. This location should be closed, no point in someone treating customers so poorly. So sorry to bother anyone employed here, won' t happen again. I will drive right past here to go to the better post office a mile further.
