What an awful place. The supervisor is very rude and expressed that he does not respect his customers! I cannot believe this is allowed. No way he should be in this position. He needs to be terminated immediately. We The People

This place should be shut down for good. Clevette made us wait for an hour and then she decided to be angry at us? If you’re planning on getting a passport. Go somewhere else. And it’s sad that this review means nothing to USPS. But hopefully someone will read it and decide to go elsewhere.

Before I came here I was afraid due to the reviews. But it’s lucky to me, I came to there at 2pm today and there are not many people here. Staff is very kind and humor. This is my first time to send mail,so he explained a lot to me, I really appreciate that.

Do not try to return a package through this location. The woman at the counter just berated me about tape and then lost my package, it never left the post office after I dropped it off. There's no way this place actually makes any money with all the insurance claims right?

The gainesville post offices have maybe the worst services i have EVER had the displeasure of interacting with. My packages are always delayed and I end up waiting 2+ hours trying to pick something up on location. Most recently I had been sent to this location after waiting at the OTHER location on 34th. They tell me my package is at the 34th location, so I go back and they show me PROOF THAT IT IS AT THE MAIN STREET LOCATION. I go back and a different attendant was able to find it immediately. Clear house, everyone should be fired I have never had to interact with a more disorganized and incompetent group of people
