  I was passing on a very treasured painting to my younger brother in New York. Fretted about the winter weather and packing, so I asked to speak to the manager. No one can control the weather, but he assured me that he'd pack it well. We'll, he did. When it arrived my brother texted me that it was packed so well, it could have been dropped from the roof and wouldn't have broken!

  Just giving 1 star not because the service was bad but the UPS system is not flexible when you make a mistake, they don't use the phone to notify when something is wrong with the address, I'm not going to use UPS anymore because the UPS employess don't have anything to do with the UPS stores, it's not like Fedex. Make sure you double check the address if you don't want to loose your money.

  The store is great. The packing and shipping is great. And the people behind the counter are very friendly. The UPS insurance sucks. It takes forever to collect. Ellen is a fantastic store manager and the employees are very helpful.
