I said just take the dimensions of this packaging. She refused. What is the point of a shipping store that sells boxes if your staff is incompetent to get dimensions. I wouldn’t have cared if the box wasn't perfectly sized, I just asked for a box that I would’ve paid for. Super disrespectful staff. She didn’t help me either until her coworker who was busy with another customer asked her to.
