  I rarely write reviews, unless I feel absolutely compelled to. I have had a PMB with them since August of 2024, and I've always felt secure receiving my mail and packages. An incident that cemented this review was a few weeks ago, where I popped in to do my usual pickup and there was a little oopsie. My package had accidentally got taken to the warehouse, but two employees I believe they were Jimmy and Molly really went the extra mile to ensure that I would either get my package or receive the funds for it. Jimmy went out of his way to drive 20 minutes to the warehouse to get my package. Got the call that he found it, came in the same day and grab it. Even today, I guess there was a little a mishap where a slip wasn't put in box (I am unsure, I have audio processing issues and due to that just cannot hear very well), but both employees that helped me today made sure I got each one of my packages. Worth going a little bit out of the way and worth every penny I pay for my PMB, because I know my important packages are in safe capable hands. Thank you all very much, you have saved me the headache of missing packages and porch pirates. Everyone is phenomenal at this location and always a pleasure doing business.

  $4.00 to print a one page label! This is unacceptable almost scamish. You charge that much for me to email you my label and print . Your costs probably 10 cents. This kind of mark up is not okay!The store used to be good, a few years ago when it was sold. The unacceptable pricing started.

  EXCELLENT SERVICE! This ia a FIRST-CLASS business that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jimmy and the team are experts at packing and fast shipping. I had an auction item packed and shipped and all parts of the process were perfect. AAA+++++++++++++++++++

  With everything going on with Covid-19, my dad has been out of work for a while and finally got a break in getting a new job. I live out of town so when it came to him needing to get some papers/emails printed for his new job tomorrow, he resorted to this UPS location. I tried helping him over the phone but got to a point where we were both lost, my dad then asked for Jon’s assistance at the front desk and seriously went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping my dad get everything he needed. He was patient, understanding and seriously was one of a kind in trying to help someone in need and it helped my dad get everything he needs to be ready for his first day back to work. Thank you so much again, Jon! We will be choosing this location for how professional and efficient Jon was.
