- DLDidier Louis4 days ago1.0This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee at the counter, Ricky, ( I was there on 04.08.2026 at 6:50pm just in case he lied about his name) had an attitude from the start—no greeting, no courtesy, just a rude and dismissive tone the entire time. It honestly felt like I was bothering him by simply being there. There was zero effort to be helpful or even polite, which is the bare minimum in a customer-facing role. I’ve been to FedEx plenty of times and have never dealt with this level of unprofessional behavior. Management seriously needs to step in and address this. Situations like this reflect poorly on the entire location. I’ll definitely think twice before coming back.

It’s one thing to have a bad day, but this felt like a complete lack of basic customer service skills. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with disrespect when they’re simply trying to complete a transaction. FedEx seriously needs to address this kind of behavior. If this is the standard being allowed at this location, that’s a major problem. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
