Perhaps I don't use it on peak hours hence the quick service. But I just try to come prepared anyway when I go there. Bring a sharpie, pen, tape etc & low expectations so when it goes smoothly you are pleasantly surprised.

I had to drive there to give them the vacant green card. A week later still have not received my check or other mail. I went to the post office just to see what’s going on and they weren’t any help and didn't care to help. This is horrible and happening all over Gainesville Florida.
