If it was my job, why did I have to fill out paperwork that shows up in your system? Mind you I only did they because they said they won't allow me to do a hold mail order since it's not my entire household moving out. It's literally Gainesville where people rent by the room in every apartment complex... ??? So no, not every roommate is going to move in/out when another does. Really disappointed

- SSS SDec 27, 20254.0To me this is the only post office in Gainesville that works for me, I have visited other post office that are horrible in customer services and ridiculous hours like the one located on Main Street , but this location in 34th is bigger , has packages supplies, an area of self service , box drop off and most times, helpful and friendly staff. I’m sure this location start having long lines because people have had bad experiences with other locations, also this one is open on Saturday until 4pm which is convenient for people that need to send a package during the weekend.
- KSKourtnee SaundersDec 19, 20252.0i typically have a decent experience when i come here but im now realizing that that is because i am dropping off a package and leaving soon after. i go there and the service room is a mess. they split up the lines with no clear communication as to why. i went there to get my mail box lock and key replaced since i didn’t reactive it at closing and i have no access to my mail box and mail. i wait in line for 20 minutes and finally make it to the front. i ask about the lock and they told me they’re not doing keys. confused, i asked when they’ll resume and the rep says they don’t know but i can stand by a door and talk to the lady. the lady wasn’t nowhere to be seen and i had no more time to wait. this is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
