I have always just grabbed a change of address/forward mail form to fill out on my own so I went in to grab one for my husband and I. I could not find any forms so I asked the associate who was in the front stocking mailers... First, there was a language barrier. I don't know if it's just her accent or what but she came off very rude. She loudly said, "go to the counter with your ID"...she was already frustrated because I even asked. The line was massive so I mentioned that "I would just like the forms to fill out at home". She got more rude and told me again to "you must have your id, go to the counter, we quit that 2 years ago". This was odd because I just moved 5 months ago and took the forms home with no problems. So I told her this but she got so rude that I could not make out anything she was saying. I stood in line but was a little perturbed and left. I came out to the car to call and get answers but the only number I could find went to a hotline where there was a language barrier again. So, I politely got off but still no real answers. Now I am led to write this. What has happened to the USPS? I'm sad to see how it has gone down hill. I pray they can get it together. May God bless even the angry workers! 🙏 Everyone needs Jesus...He is the Prince of Peace. I am so happy I have Him to help me with even the little bumps in life like this. ✝️

Thought I posted a review about a month ago but it doesn’t seem to be listed. Came into this location to complete a change of address. Was prompted to come in because my identify needed to be verified. I stood patiently in line as one clerk helped several people and watched as other clerks came from the back, asked questions of the one clerk working and slowly checked into their stations as other patrons expressed frustration at how long they had been waiting, one specifically with his elderly mother. This location always has a line with one clerk working every time I have come in. Some times are quicker than others. When it was my turn the gentleman scanned my digital code, didn’t ask for an ID or anything to verify my identity, and told me I would receive an email confirmation. I asked will the change take place for the family or just myself. He rudely responded “I don’t know whatever you put down” and then asked how about my voter’s registration being updated with the new address. Again rudely “you have to go to the records place” as he’s trying to waive me off. I stated I’ve always been able to update my address on my voters registration through the post office. He then gets loud and states again I need to go to the “records place” downtown and he just works at the post office. I then got loud and told him I have waited in the line patiently and I didn’t appreciate his attitude about relevant questions I can see where he works and walked out. I don’t know why people in service take their nasty additives out on the very people who pay their salaries. If you don’t want to answer questions pertaining to YOUR JOB then get a new one!
