- JOJuan OrcialOct 15, 20251.0Just giving 1 star not because the service was bad but the UPS system is not flexible when you make a mistake, they don't use the phone to notify when something is wrong with the address, I'm not going to use UPS anymore because the UPS employess don't have anything to do with the UPS stores, it's not like Fedex. Make sure you double check the address if you don't want to loose your money.

Called today, left on hold 15 min and when asked about my package I was told to contact amazon. No real help here. Unfriendly attitude. This store needs to invest in a backup system for itself and train employees better attitude on phone. I DONT feel comfortable returning here.
