  You'd never imagine. But we got married at this UPS. While finances have been so hard for us for a while we decided to just get it done!! We expected to go in there with no expectations other then getting our marriage license stamped and going on our married way. To our surprise this wonderful worker and our two "witness" made our day so much more memorable. She read us our script and all. While the store was full they kept on top of helping customers while also willingly wanting to celebrate our coming together as one. I will never remember all the faces that were there for us clapping with excitement. But what i can say I'll always remember the workers that I'll forever be grateful for! 💕💍 I could never express my thanks enough!! 🙌🏻😫

  Terrible experience with Adrian and his manager Nancy or whatever her name was. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, I don’t recommend anyone going here ever. She made her employe Adrian chase me down the parking lot and inside my car to harass me to pay extra because he “forgot” to add something in the final price. This is scary and unprofessional, the experience definitely was one of the worst ones I have ever had. They have terrible costumer service, are rude, and are extremely greedy. Once I am out of the store and have paid for my items they is not one reason whatsoever that someone should be running after me, especially as a woman. This was their responsibility and instead chose to harass their costumer.

  Charging a dollar for tape on a package return is ridiculous. The Lake City store does not charge for tape on a return. Staff was rude and inconsiderate, and did not provide a receipt. We only went to this store because I have chemotherapy twice a month at the VA hospital down the road, and it was closer than the Lake City store. We won't make that mistake again

  Custom service is not professional at all neither is the so called store manager they lied about my package already being shipped out when I called to get a refund and have it shipped through fed ex when my package didn’t leave that nasty store until 9am 12/15/25 do not do business with UPS THEY ARE THIEFS ANOTHER INCIDENT WHEN A UPS DRIVER STOLE MY SON $1700 camera and ups told me they couldn’t do anything about it

  Huge shout-out to Joey at the UPS Store on SW 34th Street (2112 SW 34th St, Gainesville). With a line out the door, he handled multiple tasks at once—moving like an octopus—yet stayed efficient, patient, upbeat, and genuinely kind. Even while I was slowing things down by looking up many codes on my phone, Joey never rushed me and kept everything running smoothly. Outstanding customer service and a great representative of UPS.
