Staff was rude and inconsiderate, and did not provide a receipt. We only went to this store because I have chemotherapy twice a month at the VA hospital down the road, and it was closer than the Lake City store. We won't make that mistake again

With a line out the door, he handled multiple tasks at once—moving like an octopus—yet stayed efficient, patient, upbeat, and genuinely kind. Even while I was slowing things down by looking up many codes on my phone, Joey never rushed me and kept everything running smoothly. Outstanding customer service and a great representative of UPS.
