  Would definitely give zero stars. I received a job offer went to the job for two days and got a call from Alexandra saying do not return. She was very careless and did not give any information on if they would assist with other jobs or anything she just said don’t go back and hung up. I then contacted Erica R. Who I dealt with the entire process who SEEMED to be nice and helpful and she basically disregarded me after I asked if there was any explanation to know if I did anything wrong or if it was the company especially after the manager from the job continued to tell us that wasn’t the case. Instead of her helping with that she brushed off my questions and had Laura who states she was a branch manager call me and say I kept texting her upset which I was not at all upset especially knowing “THEYRE A TEMP AGENCY” she stated she had no explanation then gave an explanation and when I asked how does the process works as far as other employment’s she made me feel dumb for asking the question. She kept saying I don’t understand and what do you mean. All I was asking was when you lose a position do they still assist with other opportunities or delete your info from their system? I see why theirs people stating the customer service is awful especially instead of being helped I get talked to as if I’m not capable of understanding and undervalued. When giving someone news like that you should have sympathy is just as bad as terminating someone from a regular job!

  I applied with Robert Half about 3 months ago. They called a few times with jobs, but none really fit my needs + wants . I gave Elizabeth specific criteria and she made it happen! She made sure I was only getting info for jobs I may actually be interested in and when I found the one that worked she made the process super easy and quick. My references were not easy to get in touch with and she went the extra mile to get in touch with them and make sure I had everything I needed to start my job. Elizabeth has kept in touch and continues to ensure both the hiring company and myself are satisfied. I have recommended Robert half, and SPECIFICALLY Elizabeth, for the Fort Lauderdale office. I’m so grateful to Robert Half. Without them, I would probably still be at a job I hate.

  Completely rude and unprofessional. Applied to some listings, I was contacted by Madison McClintock by text about two possible positions and later given a LinkedIn connection. I gave Madison my resume with a confirmation a day or two later that it was sent out. I never heard from her ever again. A few weeks later I earned a Network+ certification and found some new listings for jobs that had fit my skills and experience. No response when I messaged her. I reached out Account Executive, Anouka Perkins, on LinkedIn who worked at the same branch with a couple of new listing and asked if I could be submitted for a possible interview. She responded that Madison was already my recruiter and that “she said good things about you at our meeting.” I thanked Anouka for her quick response and again asked if I could get a different recruiter assigned to me. I was even nice in saying Madison is probably great but too busy with many job seekers on her plate. After that message, I was BLOCKED on LinkedIn by Anouka. A few days later, I reached out on LinkedIn to Pavel Raphael, the assistant VP of Tech Recruiting at the same location. I asked again if I could get another recruiter and mentioned how shocked and disappointed I was by Anouka being unprofessional by blocking me. I even provided screenshots of the conversation to show that I was not misrepresenting anything. At the end of the day, I checked my messages and saw that Pavel had blocked me as well. Classless company. Update: Sending email from the response below. Will update if there is any real response. Surprised this is not being forward given the details provided here. Including screenshots of the conversation that were blocked on LinkedIn.

  Stay away! the worst agency I've ever stayed. They will promise you a job, a lot of phone calls and emails, my guess the need to show that they are working and then nothing; it is a wasted of time, efforts, and money
