  Since this company was bought out the service is horrible!!!!! They've increased prices and to get someone on the phone is next to impossible! Shopping for new water service! So sad!!!! Have been a loyal customer since 2021!

  I have been trying to get water for a week now Been getting the run around it's been a few days that my waters should supposedly be arriving. And it still hasn't customer service is shitty Tell you what you want to hear they really don't care. I asked to speak to a supervisor and supposedly there's not one available i've called 8 times trying to fix this. Now I'm being told it'll get here by the 18th of November. Whenever I get this water for my grandma. And she's on well water.So i'm trying to prevent her to not use that to cook with.She's been without water almost all week.And the order has yet to arrive, no wonder why they probably changed their name to try and reel in new people that will never receive their water ... i never write reviews, but this is really messed up. I have six different reference numbers to different and multiple conversations.I've had with them and nothing gets done.The water doesn't arrive.The manager doesn't arrive.Why even be open and why offer a service that you cannot do and stop lying to everyone saying you're gonna do something that you're not so sad honestly.
