Mail service has been noticeably worse than usual, and I am becoming increasingly concerned about the security and accuracy of my deliveries. Specifically: My mail has been delivered to my neighbors’ mailboxes multiple times. I have had two packages marked as delivered to the parcel locker that I never received. On one occasion, I found a parcel locker item, but it belonged to my neighbor—not me. At this point, I cannot confirm whether my Amazon packages were misdelivered or taken, as tracking shows them delivered but they never reached me. These issues are causing repeated inconvenience and uncertainty. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that delivery accuracy be addressed as soon as possible.
