It’s also because they have willingness to help people. And I’ve learned that that’s pretty rare to see these days. They are always so welcoming, willing, and helpful. The store looks really clean and organized as well. I believe people like them have to be praised for what they do. I’m just very thankful for them. Would recommend UPS over any other parcel companies because of their excellent customer service.

He had cut and opened one of my Amazon packages without permission and then demanded a $10 pickup fee, despite me being an Amazon Prime member. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
