Slips left in the mailbox for things requiring a signature saying sorry we missed you without ever knocking on the door let alone coming onto the property. Service is so bad we look for the mailman and approach them so we dont miss any mail.
- HWH WMar 16, 20201.0For the 3rd time in less than 6 months, I have had to drive to my old address in Fort White, to retrieve my mail...with a standing "Mail Forwarding" in effect. Supposed to be in effect, anyways. When I call to complain, the excuse is always "we had a substitute on that route that day'. Sad service.

Locked up noone here. So they put another card saying FINAL NOTICE. pick up the package.. how bout staffing during lunch! Ridiculous!
