I miss Ruth lol but the workers probably don't make enough here to stay or give a crap, which results in either giving cold customer service or finding somewhere better. I had a problem with me and buyer's apartment number not printing on the shipping label and not only was I blamed even though I have no control over the printing of the shipping label, but I wasnt believed about not having control over what info the shipping label decides to print out (neither worker, the old blonde or tall tan lady with curly graying hair, believed me about the label error happening 2 times in a row) but I feel as though now every time I get the old blonde lady she expects me to be difficult bc that was the first impression she had of me, which results in her being unwelcoming when she deals with me, although I am not a difficult person, despite what this review makes you think. She rushed me off just now, while welcoming the customer behind me before I even had enough time to stuff the receipt in my purse. People already hate going to the P.O. and their unwillingness to take blame or accept fault, don't make it worse.
