- DGDaryll Andrew GarciaMay 13, 20251.0Unfortunately, I felt that NRR did a poor job of communication and on my taxes. I spent the time trying to interview a couple CPAs around town and at our physical meeting, I met and sat down with one of partners. He advised that he would be doing my taxes (they’re simple but I wanted to make sure I took advantage of all the deductions that I thought qualified for) but in the end, I was passed on to another CPA because he was too busy with more important “issues”. This wasn’t even communicated to me by him, but the person who tried to do my taxes. I had to practically beg them to give me the instructions on how send them all my documents and paperwork. It took a while for them to realize that the “link” that they thought was on their website wasn’t there anymore. Once they completed my taxes, I found multiple mistakes, even though I took the time to document details of my occupation and the income that I provided. Come to find out, the CPA who I was passed off to, just reviewed it and all the numbers were actually imported by someone else “lower” than him. Therefore, I assume that details I provided were completely ignored. It might be that this isn’t how they normally operate, but this was my experience when working with NRR.
