He exhausted every option possible and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Justin deserves a raise and should be recognized for his customer service. He is a 5 star employee who I’m very thankful for!

I called FedEx (Office 1591) and was greeted by Marshi (hopefully I didn't misspell). He immediately jumped in to assist, assuring me that they could fulfill the printing order within a few hours. He was even kind enough to communicate with me when the printing was complete. Before pick-up, I had a last-minute (within 2 hours) need for additional printing, and Justin quickly jumped in to look into my order and add these items to it. Once again, he was kind enough to communicate with me when the order was ready. This was beyond helpful insight, seeing that I was coordinating the pick-up of the order with someone other than myself. The professionalism & communication of the staff at this office is top-notch. I cannot thank you enough.

Never spend a dime at this store again. Manager just looked away when I was getting frustrated 🤬 instead of helping. Don't waste your Time or Money like I did.

I find this policy ridiculous and disappointing — it would’ve cost them nothing to provide change and help a customer out. What makes it worse is that I went next door to Starbucks, and they broke the bill for me without any issue and with a smile. That’s the difference between real customer service and whatever FedEx is doing here. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from a company of this size.
