I have told the mailman who picks up our mail to please scan in my packages I have in my mailbox being picked up and he said ok and never did it. He will pick my mail up and days later it finally gets scanned in. I sell a lot online and a lot of these platforms I sell on are dinging me for late dispatch even tho I had it go out on time! I explained this to the mailman already. Please talk to your employees on how mail with pre paid labels in someone’s mailbox are to be scanned immediately. I never had this problem at my old house.

I only give one stars, why? nothing has to do with the employees so far, they are great, but come on you charge so much money for a package to be delivered in more than a week And the day comes and the package is not delivered, and then the update in the system are missing. Come on is 2026 and your delivery looks like laim

At the end of February, I went to check our mailbox and there was a green slip in there saying “Do not deliver/vacant” and requesting names of the “new residents”. Mind you, we’ve lived in our house for 5 years. I crossed out the “new” portion and put “current” and listed our information as requested. A few days went by where our box went unchecked as I left the flag up to let them know to check it. When they did check it, they wrote “call Paul” with the post office phone number. We called and spoke to a woman and were told our mail was being withheld and the regulation is that the mail must be checked every 3 days to avoid having the mail withheld. She said she would notate the account so our mail could be delivered. A week goes by and our mail was still not being delivered. We called again and spoke to Paul who is supposedly a supervisor. He advised that he would talk to our mailman to make sure that delivery resumed and gave us another excuse of why our mail was still being withheld which he stated was so it didn’t get stolen. Since our mail has still not been delivered, I called again and the line literally rings a few times and then disconnects. I submitted a request online and was contacted today by Elissa who advised that I have to come pick up my mail in order for normal delivery to resume. When I questioned why we kept being told previously that it was supposed to be delivered, she deflected and continued to place blame on me. She was super condescending and has no comment when I told her the mailman has literally yelled at me in the past and has been rude. When I advised her that I work a full time job Monday-Friday and would not be able to make it before they closed or opened, she simply told me to come Saturday during their business hours. I don’t even live in Ft. Pierce and wish my mail could be handled by Port Saint Lucie. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Y’all are paid to deliver mail, not bad attitudes.

Google says that this post office is supposed to be open until 1 PM. On the door there, it says 12 noon, yet they were closed at 11:50. Why?
