- JHJames H.Oct 30, 20255.0For passports, I was able to pay the USPS fee with a debit card, but they need a personal check/money order for the passport fee (US Dept. Of State), there were not many people and it took around 15 minutes if you have the application prefilled. Or you can purchase a money order there with a debit card.

Not very helpful, came there for a passport renewal for my minor children and they presented several roadblocks that could easily be navigated. For e.g., proof of citizenship required ONE document and this lady had me driving to UPS to make copies of birth certificate even though that was not a requirement because they already had passports. Very incompetent people.

I had to ask her to open up my sealed mailed twice after leaving the store because i forgot something and each time she was right there with me. The other workers in the store seemed kind too, and one of them was softly singing to himself. Just seemed like a happy place and the best service i’ve received at a post office. Thanks Kim! The service was so good i had to leave a review!
