She wanted to create a 'workorder' for the one sheet which would have taken less than 2 minutes to laminate and if I wanted to wait , she was going to charge an "expedited" fee. All with an attitude. Went to UPS store. Staff was pleasant, polite, and professional. Laminated the 1 sheet within a few minutes and with a smile.
