Absolutely horrendous PO. Paid $29.95 to ship a package to CA, said it was accepted and processed and would arrive 4 days later. Kept checking the tracking and it never showed that it left the PO. So I filled out the online form, heard back twice from the PO in CA but nothing from the FM PO. Tracking still shows it's "processed" thru the FM PO. I will NEVER use the PO again. What a waste of money and time.

Went in for a passport for 10:15 and they didn't get us in until 11:30. The staff clearly doesn't care about anyone that comes in to get anything done. Lady with dreads was rude when i asked for a money order. She started being smart with me. About literally asking basic questions.

I’m genuinely disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced. I understand that not every customer comes prepared and that employees deal with difficult situations, but that does not justify how I was treated. I came fully prepared and simply needed a quick, routine transaction completed. After waiting in a long line of approximately 17 people, I observed two employees tied up assisting one customer while the rest of us continued waiting. When I was finally helped, the employee assisting me immediately told me to attach the label to my package. That was fine, although I have never been required to do that myself before. As I began doing so, she then added that I needed to tape it, rather than clearly explaining everything at once. She asked if I had tape, I shook my head no and she said that I had to purchase it for $3.99. Meanwhile, I had just watched another customer receive assistance and what appeared to be materials without the same push to purchase, which made the interaction feel inconsistent and unfair. At that point, after the wait and the tone of the interaction, I decided to leave without saying anything in to my frustration at all. As I gathered my things, the employee laughed. That behavior was completely inappropriate, unacceptable, and honestly disgusting. Regardless of how busy or frustrated someone may be, laughing at a customer crosses a line. This was not just poor customer service, it reflected a lack of basic professionalism and respect. I would strongly encourage management to address how customers are treated, especially during high volume times by this employee.
