  I got the worst horrible service w a lady that does the notary service she’s from India , and got a bad attitude, she even yelled at me infront of customers and throwing me my ID , she was complaining that she need to go home and that I have to hurry plus she was asking if I have money to pay the service , I’ll never coming back there , worse experience ever

  The females at this location are so rude. Have major attitude any time you ask them a question…..VERY poor customer service!!!

  Whichever younger girl was working until close on Friday, April 24 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I just got out of the hospital and had to return some Amazon items since I’ve been unable to for the past 3 weeks. Already having a hard time, coming into this unpleasant employee was not how I would’ve liked to be treated. I came in 5-10 minutes before close with less than 10 items. Normally, at any other UPS store, they scan the items and it takes less than 5 minutes to be in and out. As soon as I walked in, she gave me a nasty look and immediately told me to do the self serving one. As I was scanning the items, she kept making rude comments about how they were closing soon, which gave me anxiety and I was trying to speed up the process. I’d never used it before, so I wasn’t being particularly speedy with it, and as soon as the clock hit 630 I only had a few items left, and she said “you have to leave right now because we’re closed”. I said well if you were able to help me scan these like they normally do, I would’ve been out of here a lot sooner. She kept pushing me and I ended up leaving with 3 small items left to scan because she couldn’t possibly wait an extra 2 minutes & made me leave. She also locked me in and didn’t help me with the door. All of my experiences with UPS have been great, but now this makes me never want to go back to this location, which is closest to me. She is clearly miserable and has no manners or even decent customer service. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but I don’t think it’s acceptable to treat others this way, especially not knowing what they’re going through.

  What a great experience!!! …as I needed help to scan and send notarized documents. Vruksha was So helpful …calm and professional. She is top notch!!
