- JDJames DorgoMar 25, 20261.0Go to any other UPS store!!! Store manager is a piece of work. He charged me $5 to put tape on my package. I wasnt informed of any charge ahead of time. The other employees apologized for his abrasive and disrespful way of handling the whole situation.
- DCDaniel ClifftJan 24, 20262.0I come to this UPS because I usually have a really great experience, but this time around it was absolutely horrible. I had an issue with scanning the mobile code for the label, and previously the manager was able to figure it out and print the label just fine, however, this time they were not willing to help at all and said the only way I could get it printed was to pay to get the label printed and nothing else, which I know to be 100% not true since it was resolved before! The attitude of the one women at the front was absolutely horrid, and reading through the other recent reviews it seems to be a common occurrence so it’s possible I just got the one employee not doing their job and I do apologize for getting agitated. I’m putting 2 stars since usually I have a wonderful quick experience here, but I will never be returning to this location.
