  I tried mailing something for the first time and the lady behind the counter literally said my parents failed me because I don’t know how to mail something and started getting loud for no reason acting deeply offended because I didn’t know how to mail something , then I called after I left and calmly asked her why she would bring my parents into this and she literally said “awww are you triggered? ” mocking me, called me a sociopath, keep in mind im a teenager and she looks in her 50s. all i did was try mailing something i said nothing to her to to provoke this. I was trying to mail expungement papers for my battery charge, im doing my best to change my ways and control my emotions and this certainly didn’t help I’m trying very hard to act like an adult and keep calm, I was calm the entire time and calm the phone call and spoke like an adult the entire time all I did on the phone call was ask why she brought my parents into this I didn’t yell not even in the store . She had no reason to bring my parents into this or start something with a little kid. . I did or said nothing to provoke or make her act that way.

  The customer service associate by the name of Jasmine or Janice (an older short lady with dark hair and an attitude) was incredibly unhelpful and useless. She first advised me that my package was not delivered to this location even though I insisted that I had proof of receipt for delivery attached to the tracking number in my email. I was on the verge of leaving the store when I requested for a manager. Jose (the manager) suggested I check for myself- as if to prove me wrong and justify what "his wife" Jasmine/Janice said. I decided to check for the package myself, and was IMMEDIATELY able to READ and LOCATE my package sitting in plain sight. I'm not sure why Jasmine/Janice (the older lady) who spent 10min looking for this same package in the same area was unable to locate it herself. But this caused me a great deal of inconvenience because it wasted my time & mind you- she was adamant and rude about my package not being there in the first place. Then to top it off, I was unexpectedly charged a "miscellaneous" fee for simply picking up a package that was already assigned a PRE-PAID shipping label (from a huge corporation.) Something that I've never ever heard of in my life. The manager "Jose" refused to waive this ridiculous fee for the package- DESPITE the lost time, disrespect, and inconvenience THEY caused me. This UPS location is a complete rip-off and is possibly a franchised own business that exists only to make money and rip customers off under the guise of the "UPS" brand. I will never return back to this UPS store nor would I ever recommend anyone or company to carry out any services or business with this location- especially NOT for mail/delivery services. Horrible customer service! Horrible miscellaneous fees! Incompetent and rude customer service associates! Lack of managerial guidance! And a terrrible representation of UPS as a brand. I will be contacting the FTC for this business location. Zero stars- WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

  I had a great experience with this Store. I was able to print and pick-up the same day. The staff was supper welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend for a speedy turn around on your prints!

  1 start because not all staff is rude. Rude older lady, could not help me with my shipping needs, nor could provide me with pricing details and arrival dates. She referred me to USPS. Luckily we have our old UPS at Colonial/ MacGregor. It is a shame downtown Fort Myers is attracting rude/ non-inclusive individuals to run business.
