They made us file a claim and just denied it. I’m still waiting for a solution and the only thing they say is that they don’t have any other information. It’s very frustrating

I walk in to have an expressionless gentleman flag me over to the counter without any kind of greeting, hello, etc. He hands me my receipt without any kind of Thank You. Total cold attitude and acts like he is doing me a favor shipping my package. I have been here before and had friendly service. I am not inclined to return.

And they’re so nice and always trying to help! Not like some ups store, they get annoyed by customers with many heavy boxes.
