  I want to say thank you so much to Staples, especially Rich who went above and beyond to help me get some a poster and memorial cards reprinted in a rush. My family and I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and support during this difficult time!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This morning I came into to the printing department to print my wedding programs. I needed two 5x7 pages printed on one page. When I came to the counter I was not greeted by the associate, Kim, right away. I stood there while she was texting on her phone. After she finished she asked how can she help me. I told her what I needed and she rudely said she is too busy to put two programs on one page and that I needed to send it ready to print. I informed her that Staples has printed in the same format for me before. She then caught even more of an attitude and said she is not doing it. I also asked her if she had thicker paper than the normal cardstock which she responded that it’s way more expensive. I told her that the cost is not an issue. She still refused to print them that way so I asked for a supervisor. I could hear her lie to the supervisor about me being difficult and I didn’t say anything until the “supervisor” came. I informed her about the situation and she just tried to print it and didn’t say a word to Kim. The supervisor then stated she does not know how to print it so I doubt she was even a supervisor. The unprofessionalism was given to me the moment I came to the counter. DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES! IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  Order completed on time, great quality. My sales associate was helpful, knowledgeable and I was able to complete my transaction and be back in my car on the way home in 10 minutes! Thank you!

  I visited Staples today to return an Amazon package, and I had a very negative experience. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. There was no reason for this level of poor customer service, especially for a simple return. Employees represent the company, and this kind of behavior reflects badly on the store. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training and accountability, because no customer should be treated this way.
