USPS is an incompetent terrible company. I have been waiting for two weeks to have a priority package delivered. I wish I could give negative stars.

They refuse to deliver my packages to me because I live in an apartment and the workers are too lazy to deliever Items to my front door if they don’t fit in my 2in x 2in mailbox on the otherside of my complex. They refused four packages now that I absolutely need to live and cannot to pick up from the facility because I am disabled. Don’t use them. They will not deliver what they say they will and still charge you full price for it

I just called this location to check if they have my package, and the male whom answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me I was wrong multiple times. I was in mid sentence speaking to him and he said, "Sorry I can't help you more", and then he hung up on me. This was extremely unacceptable and ridiculous customer service. If I did this at my job, I would no longer be employed.
