    I put in a change of address for my family and I all individually cause we don’t all have the same last name and the man was extremely rude to me, said I was lying basically and was absolutely no help, it turned into a scene to the point another lady had to come and help me because all we were doing was arguing. Guess what. She figured it out and it was a SIMPLE fix. Still haven’t received my mail to my new address and I’ve been here almost 2 months.

    Never answer the phone. Had a priority package sent there was told it was out for delivery and then they put a customer hold on it and I didn’t request it. USPS is an incompetent terrible company. I have been waiting for two weeks to have a priority package delivered. I wish I could give negative stars.

    I have yet to have a good experience at this post office branch. Employees unwilling to provide decent customer service.

    The incompetence of the entire postal office staff is disgraceful! My package was sent back due to an "incorrect address" that was verified as corrrect twice and when I asked the staff to track my order (due to wanting to know why it was sent back) I was told "and is there a reason you can't do it yourself"?! I then asked to speak to a manager that was surprisgly more disrespectaful then the first employee. Instead of an apology that they incorrectly sent my package back all I received was excuses and condescending remarks. It's a shame the company I purchased my item from said to send it to a different address because they don't understand what the problem is with the post office. I will never send anything important through the mail that has to make a stop at this post office. If the item does make it to your door it's already been sitting at the post office for 4-6 days before actually getting to your door. Over night shipping means nothing.

    Although these guys did misdeliver a package I was waiting on, they were very quick to resolve the situation by tracking it down and getting it to me as quick as possible.They made it a priority, kept me in the loop about progress and I received the package not long after it's delivery date. I greatly appreciate their efforts. Nice to know you can still rely on the United States Postal Service :)
