Staff are clowns they close whenever they are ready to leave and/or yell at people bringing in shipments during last 10-15 minutes. People have jobs and businesses if you're advertised closing is 5:30 you need to be open at 5:29. I got here 15min early with prepaid parcel but AGAIN they decided they don't feel like staying open until closing time. Terrible branch employees should be fired and replaced with people who take their positions seriously.

If I could give this place 0.0 I would, I just made a mistake on my end thinking the package wasn’t in the mailbox when it wasn’t and my community was fixing my mailbox. The delivery person said it was in there. He came from the facility just to check to see if it was in there and it was, but I wasn’t aware that it was in there and it had said delivered last week. I had opened the mailbox. It was not there and it was just his communication but he came over here, screaming at me and slamming the mailbox. I think that’s very unprofessional very rude Especially that I just moved over here and I’m still figuring out this location and how the mailbox works and Lady on the phone was Hella rude too she just was losing patience over nothing like Lady. I am telling you something just let me talk but this is why people can’t work in customer service I will not be using them anymore for my mail

The USPS driver ran over my $500 9.8 CGC graded signed Stan Lee comic. Even after I proved the driver ran it over and USPS even agreed it was their drivers fault and despite having $500 insurance on the item they refused to reimburse me for the damages. The manager refused to help at all and laughed as she said that's just their policies. I've been fighting this since 1/30/26 when I made my claim and USPS is doing everything in its power to not pay me what they owe.

The gentleman who processed our baby’s passport application was so wonderful and helpful. If you need a passport, this is the place to go.
