  I come to this UPS because I usually have a really great experience, but this time around it was absolutely horrible. I had an issue with scanning the mobile code for the label, and previously the manager was able to figure it out and print the label just fine, however, this time they were not willing to help at all and said the only way I could get it printed was to pay to get the label printed and nothing else, which I know to be 100% not true since it was resolved before! The attitude of the one women at the front was absolutely horrid, and reading through the other recent reviews it seems to be a common occurrence so it’s possible I just got the one employee not doing their job and I do apologize for getting agitated. I’m putting 2 stars since usually I have a wonderful quick experience here, but I will never be returning to this location.

  Love this location and every one working here. I will definitely come back at this location and I recommend this UPS Store in this area

  Should be option for 0 stars. Used this store yesterday to ship 2 boxes. Dude that helped me gave no intro. Dude didn't say thank you. Dude didn't tell me where to check the tracking #. Memo to dude that helped me: You should know your limitations and get a job as a cart dude at Walmart

  I shipped a box to NC and was charged over $90.00 and found that the charges were less than $30.00 by another UPS Store. They lied to me about the rate.
