Lynn at this UPS Store was instrumental in helping me get it resolved quickly. She did so with a smile and genuinely wanted to help resolve the issue that would have been a huge hassle and expense for me. I am very impressed with how it was handled.

Today I was greeted nicely, but when I said I was sending a package, the older female employee commented back telling me "you're not sending a package, you're returning a packing" (indicating a Amazon return). I promptly informed her, either way, the package is being SENT to Amazon. Argumentative and off putting. I'm assuming she's a seasonal snowbird employee.

The staff is always so nice and kind and helpful, every single time I’ve gone here (Unlike many other locations). Even when there is a long line they still had a great attitude which is really hard. Definitely recommend this location!!
