  The staff at this shop could not be more helpful, efficient or pleasant to deal with. They make returning an Amazon package or shipping an item as easy as possible.

  Don't get your fingerprints done here. Waited 45 minutes when I had an appointment. Watched one of their employees pick on an older woman who already had been helped and paid for her service and was finishing up. Certifax Machine (for finger prints) is hardly functional. The “technician” does not help you and they all (every employee) inputs a password for the technician “Terry” so no one actually knows how to use the machine. They had some of the customers for fingerprinting call the certifax customer service for help if they wanted any. The employees at this location were very rude. Not worth your time or money. Cheaper places around that are much more customer service oriented and kind.

  Don’t go there! Worst ups experience!! Never thought this could happen Maybe this is too much work mentally and physically for some. I’m so disappointed they made me lose 110usd dollars for not doing their job.

  Efficient but one of the most singularly unpleasant experiences I've ever had at a UPS Store. The employees act as though they are doing you a favor by waiting on you

  The staff was friendly and efficient. They went through all of our options with us and answered questions patiently. There were a lot of customers and we didnt feel rushed, but we also were helped very efficiently.
