I needed my mail forwarded to where I'm temporarily staying and I was told that it would be immediately sent and that it would arrive in 3 or so business days. It didn't. I called the store a few days after the mail was due to arrive and was told that my credit card number had not worked. It turned out that the employee incorrectly wrote down the number. I mentioned that it would have been nice if someone had called to let me know this and I was told that they tried to do so several times. It turned out that the employee had also gotten my phone number wrong. Because I now need the mail sent overnight, I asked that I not be billed any additional charges because of the employee's obvious mistakes but I was told that perhaps I'd given them the wrong information. People make mistakes but this store refuses to recognize when it's made an error.
