Used to be So-So, but now notary does not notarize Wills. Now they charged $30 per one notary item, and 2 witnesses. Often packed with a long line, and also never open on any day that might be a holiday. We had used them frequently every week for years, but not anymore, having to go elsewhere.

I had a spectacular experience at this UPS Store today, all thanks to Marianna. She went above and beyond to help me out and her customer service was absolutely impeccable. She was so patient with me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend seeing her if you need help! GM III

I stopped at the UPS store to drop off an Amazon return. When I’ve stopped in previously, the people behind the counter were always so grateful I brought the box the return item arrived in. Today, the woman behind the counter was visibly annoyed that I brought the box along. She then said “when you get your code it says right underneath if you need a box or not.” Really? I brought the box along because it was previously met with gratitude. I didn’t bring it to give her a hard time or to have it implied that I’m too stupid to follow instructions. Working behind a service desk is the wrong occupation for her. Unless all of her customers are male. She sure had big smiles and friendly banter for them!

I have no clue about what any of y'all are talking about, the lady behind the counter was as nice as can be, even had small talk. Sometimes ppl just find something to complain about these days.
