  JOE IS EXCELLENT.... I MEAN I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER UPS UNLESS THIS ONE IS TO FAR. the service was with a smile and warm welcome! Give that guy a raise! I said all of this before I was charged $2.66 on a return item BUT..... THEY ARE STILL THE BEST 👌

  Dropped off an Amazon return package. Clerk Montu printed the label, affixed it on the package after I emailed it to him then charged me $2.60 w/o prior disclosure. Could’ve done it for free on my own. Not cool, felt swindled

  Called up UPS customer service and told them I need to ship a package with an item that was in need of repair and and I needed to purchase a return shipping label to put inside the package so the merchant can return it to me when it was repaired. That was the merchants requirement. They said no problem and I went to this UPS facility located off of Dani Drive at 9347 6Mile Cypress Pkwy in Fort Myers. When I got there there was one young man working by himself and having trouble with his laptops. After he took my information and I thought I was getting ready to pay he said "oh I can't give you the return label because it's a box, I can only do that for envelopes". So I located another UPS facility pack and ship in Fort Myers and I had no problem doing what I needed to do. Apparently all of the UPS pack and ship employees are not trained appropriately. Not a good experience.
