The lady at the counter threw a fit and said my mother had to put it in a box. My mom showed her the amazon app that said staples will box it and package it. She threw a fit. She made my mother put it in the box. My mother had to go behind the counter and box it herself. I just had a baby 6 days ago and I was waiting in the car with the baby. I could not believe how bad they treated my mother. Skip this location and go to the next one. I never write reviews good or bad but I couldn't believe how mean they were to my mother. Just had to come back and update you guys... 15 days later and my mother never got her refund for the rug! The lady literally never scanned in the return! My mom is calling Amazon to let them know what happened but I am actually amazed that this worker was able to do absolutely 0% of her job and be soooo rude to my mother at the same time... Now we have to waste even more of out time to call Amazon and let them know what happened! Incredible... And Staples, don't waste youre time apologizing for bad service. This was so ridiculous.
