- KHKatie HartJun 11, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with this organization. They collect resumes, phone screen, do video calls with candidates and provide little to no support in finding employment. Recently went on a video call with Cassandra. She did not ask me about my relevant skills or transferrable knowledges I could bring to the clients she is assisting, instead she posed a question to me of "What is my incentive in helping you?" I told her I am unemployed, looking for work, and need higher salary range. I am degreed professional and she had Administrative roles needing placement. She then ended the call and did not want to help me. Very strange behavior of a recruiter.
