- RSReonte ScottNov 17, 20251.0I had a scheduling issue with a staff member that was not handled appropriately. Shifts that I had already accepted were later not approved after a woman named Cam/Kam was informed that I would be unable to attend a shift earlier in the week due to a prior appointment. During our conversation, she attempted to pressure me into taking the shift by stating, “If the job likes someone that comes in Tuesday, then you might be removed from Thursday and Friday.” Her tone toward me was rude and dismissive. I respectfully request that management review how scheduling and communication with staff are handled so others do not have the same experience. As someone who is actively trying to get back on their feet without relying on handouts, this interaction has made me reluctant to return or continue accepting shifts here.
