  Quick and easy drop-off today for a pre packed box. I previously tried visiting a FedEx authorized shipment center but they couldn’t provide me a receipt, so I came here instead. Errand completed here and I received a receipt as I needed.

  Extremely shitty and rude experience partially due of their employees. Was waiting in line and two boomer Karens walked up and start complaining about an issue that they had seen the other, male employee for already. Apparently they didn’t go back to him because they simply wanted to demand to be seen immediately, cutting anyone who might be waiting in line. The employee starts engaging with them, despite that I had been waiting, and then rudely turns to me and tells me I can use the machine. I tell her it’s not taped. She again rudely follows up with I’ll tape it when I have time if you print the code. I attempt to scan, which apparently I can’t because it’s a QR code from my employer. I state it doesn’t work, she then asks to see the code and says oh it’s a QR code you’ll have to wait to see him (the other employee). From start to finish extremely extremely unprofessional (letting the Karens walk ahead) and then rude to me for nothing.

  I cane in the store to ship out some packages, and stood around waiting to be helped for 15 minutes. The employee at the counter couldn’t properly process my package, was getting all the information incorrect. Young guy with glasses, was very shaky and it seemed he was nervous or on something. His manager got involved and since it was 6pm and already closing time, and I was frustrated she refused to send out my packages and said they had the right to refuse service. I’ve never felt so disrespected at establishment before. I will never come back to this establishment, this place needs better management.

  I had a great experience with two of the employees at this FedEx location Friday night. I needed to retrieve and fax some important contracts before they closed at 7:00 PM that evening. Zeth and Assistant manager Glen went well above and beyond in assisting me to get the items faxed out that evening. We had to try the fax of a dozen pages several time before they successfully went through. At no point did I ever feel that I was a bother to either of the employees. I have been self employed for over 35 years and their treatment of me was more like they personally owned the business. I have been coming to that location for a very long time. The interaction I had with both Zeth and Glen that evening was exceptional. Very well done and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
