- LCLaurie CarlsonSep 24, 20251.0If you have any opportunity to go somewhere else do it. I am disabled with a walker and the associate kept taking other customers before me because I had 6 boxes. I was struggling to stand and there was zero consideration for us. In the middle of our order, the clerk moved away from us to help others. We were in the store standing for close to an hour.

I wasn’t sure I would get any better treatment than I did at the other location. However, the difference was night and day. I have a client who regularly sends print jobs to FedEx for me to pick up. They always have them ready and they remember me even when I haven’t been there for a few weeks.
