- BMBarry McCarthySep 17, 20251.0Much like the review from Fathi Mustafa, we have been waiting 7 months for them to complete a relatively small 1 day repair. We entered into a formal agreement with AdvanceTek Signs & Services March 18, 2025. The agreement was to repair/replace a damaged storefront awning. AdvanceTek cut out the damaged portion shortly after the agreement was initiated, leaving a opening in the awning directly over our front door. This has not only made it difficult for our guests to enter the store during rain storms (we are currently in our rainy season) It also allowed rain water to damage our front entryway door. While there have been numerous emails and telephone communications over the past seven months confirming completion in the next few days/weeks, there has been no progress toward completion.

(Their word) has been well over 12 weeks now. Once we are done we won’t be returning to do business here again. Customer service is great they are nice folks but don’t seem to wanna work, hard to communicate with. As I said before, good customer service but as a customer I’m not happy with how my business’s have been handled. I want to open up my shops on time and I can’t do that anymore because of the delay and lack of communication they have.
