  Everything was great customer service and convenience wise ... just *EXORBITANT* pricing on the packaging and worse, the markup on the UPS shipping. Be cautious when, after getting the price quoted and having to agree to the terms on the keypad, you are clear whether that is both the packaging AND the shipping or just the packaging. I thought the $30ish price given was for the wrapping and the UPS, but ended up paying $90ish all-in for a 7 lb package (with 2 small tile samples and 1 larger wood sample fitting in an 11x17 flat box with nothing fragile or remotely oversized.) Yikes! I immediately went to the UPS website to see what it would have been had I shipped it myself. Turns out the regular ground delivery time was 3 days, same as the 3-Day select which they sold me which was double the price (without admitting it was the same days delivery). Then their markup on the shipping was 100%, doubling the price quoted online from UPS. So I ended up paying $60.88 for the same 3 day UPS delivery time I could have purchased online for $18.10. Not to mention the $30 for the packaging. Sticker shock for sure ...

  We are so grateful to have a UPS store on the island of Fort Myers Beach! Seeing our “helpful and always happy” UPS guy, Ace, makes our day! This guy doesn’t stop smiling…what an asset he is to all of us!!!

  Ace helped me send a package. I paid for 2 day. It got there overnight! Thrilled with service. So conveniently located at Santini Plaza South Fort Myers Beach. Saved me so much time.

  Terrible service after the package was sent. Offered no help at all for a lost package. Said they would call me back and net did. Gave me the wrong number for corporate customer service. Go off island and use the other UPS store.
