- RRRQCApr 3, 20261.0If zero stars were an option, this place would get zero. This is easily the most dysfunctional post office in South Florida. Calling their hours “business hours” is almost a joke — they close whenever they feel like it. Middle of the day, random afternoons, no warning, no consistency. It’s less of a post office and more of a guessing game. I’ve filed no fewer than seven formal complaints in the past three months through the USPS website. The result? Absolutely nothing. Same behavior, same excuses, zero accountability. Every time, it’s “we’re understaffed.” At this point, that’s not an excuse — it’s an admission that this location is fundamentally broken and being mismanaged. Karen, the employee, is polite and friendly — but that’s irrelevant when the doors are constantly locked during posted hours. Being nice doesn’t make up for being closed when you’re supposed to be open. Bottom line: this place is unreliable to the point of being useless. If you value your time at all, do not come here. Go anywhere else — even if it’s out of your way — because at least there’s a chance it’ll actually be open. 3 days later, this time when they’re supposed to open and no one here. Video attached
