- RRRobin4 days ago1.0If there was a 0 I would put a 0! It's 3pm.... I walk in and the lady says I'm closed because I'm going on break. Excuse me. The post office closes at 6pm right? Yeah but I'm going on break. This is beyond unacceptable. We pay for these services with our taxes dollars and they just close whenever they want.

They take lunch breaks the last hour of the day and don’t do anything during the whole day. Government jobs literally hire anyone. Every single employee here is HORRIBLE. Horribly ran store and everyone legit should be fired.

He said he would be back at 5:45 pm. With 5 people waiting. The employee in the photo responded in a very bad way and did not help and also he didn’t want to give me any name of employees.

I drove over 45 mins to come to my appointment, I’m greeted by a very unprofessional clerk named “Shay” who refused honor my appointment. This appointment was for my three month old daughter. Shay refused to call her Supervisor and also refused to give me her full first name. She also told me that it was stupid for the postal service to even offer passport services at all. She rolled her eyes and yelled at me in front of everyone in line. Maybe is this place closed because of customer service like this she will be out of a job.
