- YGYuli Gal4 days ago1.0Regrettably, I have repeatedly encountered rude and inattentive behavior from a female staff member. Since I live nearby, I’ve visited multiple times. Sadly, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any postal location.

I arrived during posted business hours, expecting normal service, only to find the office closed with a handwritten “system is down” sign on the door. There was no prior notice, no official communication, and no staff available to assist. As someone who plans important matters around federal service hours, this is extremely disruptive and unacceptable. It is particularly concerning to witness what appears to be closures being used for unofficial breaks rather than legitimate operational issues. Federal offices are expected to remain open and accessible during their stated hours, and situations like this undermine public trust and create unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Due to the seriousness of this issue, I will be escalating this matter to federal authorities, including the appropriate oversight channels for postal services. I strongly encourage management to address this issue, ensure transparency, and maintain proper accountability so that others do not experience the same situation.

She's often on personal phone calls talking about people cheating, won't even stand up from her seat to help customers, scowling like we're all inconveniencing her, or she has a nasal inhaler just hanging out of her nose - never know what you're going to get. It's actually funny at this point. The guy on the right is awesome! Today, Friday and there is a sign that says "Lunch 4:30pm" and they're closed, at 3:15pm.

- AAAnaMar 11, 20261.0I went there today around 5:15pm to return one small package, the woman who works there was very rude, she didn't want to put tape over my package, she said that she only have 'priority tape', which was not true. I saw in front of her one ‘priority tape’ and one clear tape, she simply didn't want to. I had to go to dollar tree to buy tape and came back again to usps to return a package, she was rude again. Very poor customer service. Will not go back there again even it is in front of my building.
