- DRDima Running4 days ago1.0This post office is so slow there big line and only one person serving the costumers. Why USPS is so bad post service and they don’t improve with years. So disappointed ☹️

- MHMarie HenryFeb 28, 20265.0Went to the sunrise location today 02/28 for walk in passports and was assisted by Kimesha, she was the only person doing passports and was patient and answered all my questions. She was helpful and efficient. She made the process easy and smooth. She was also very knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The lady helping us, I think her name was Kamisha or something like that, very blingy type of girl, was very courteous at the beginning, even making sure we could be the 1st when we came back for walk-ins the next week, but then she made a clerical error, which was okay at first, but refused to take accountability and was very rude and told us to go elsewhere after we asked her to restart from the top so she could do it right. We had to call the supervisor and even she was telling Kamisha to just do it as it was her job. Kamisha ended up basically giving her responsibilities to another employee. Honestly don't go here as the employees are mostly incompetent and entitled.
