- MKMaurice KingNov 12, 20251.0This is absolutely the worst post office I have ever been to. The black lady (and ues I am black too) with the long nails has the worst attitude and makes it obvious she hates her job. She closes at 4:00 when the place says it should close at 5:00. She takes extra long lunches and shuts the whole place down. They need to send a manager here to observe the lack of service.. I have to try and catch it open one day because she always has it shut down. I want to post her name on here so we all know who it is.. but it's never open So I can get her name tag . it's 3:00 p.m. In the afternoon rn and it says she's on lunch and the gate is down so you can't get any service. Why don't they just close this place and send her somewhere else? Or maybe retrain her or demote her since she's the worst !
- SESophie ElliardSep 11, 20251.0The lady inside was very rude not a hello just oh I’m closed @2:27 PM on a Thursday when I asked about a self scan for address verification she wasn’t even able to tell me to go to another main post office and then turned her back to talking with may have been her friend. Because if you’re closed there shouldn’t be no customers at all being served.

I’ve visited this location many times, on different days and at different hours, both morning and afternoon, but I’ve never been able to drop off a package. No matter when I come, the place always seems to be closed for lunch.

I went to drop off a prepaid Poshmark package, and the employee Kimberly refused to scan it, saying the label had “no balance,” which is false. Then she angrily crossed out my tracking number with a marker! Very rude and unprofessional behavior. USPS should train their employees better — customers deserve respect.
