- IFIsha Francis5 days ago1.0The experience was extremely frustrating. The attendant (dark skinned) appeared uninterested in helping and when I couldn’t figure out the box, her response were short & no assistance was offered. I regret not choosing another location.
- MSMarcos SiaciaDec 19, 20251.0I have been to this branch three times, and every time I go there is a sign that says "out to lunch", I have gone at different times on each occasion and always the same notice. When is it really that they are there? They must take their lunch time at the same hour every day. It is disrespectful that these people's salary is paid with our taxes if they are never working there. Terrible service, and the only time I went and someone could provide service the treatment I received was terrible, despite being kind in my claim. They should fire everyone!
- LMLewis MascineDec 19, 20251.0This branch is the worst. The gate is closed with a sign that says “we are at lunch til 4pm”. Many have said this is the usual and that the staff never opens back up. This is ridiculous. Corporate really needs to go check on that place. There are people that have been here since 230pm. Absolutely disappointed.

The black lady (and ues I am black too) with the long nails has the worst attitude and makes it obvious she hates her job. She closes at 4:00 when the place says it should close at 5:00. She takes extra long lunches and shuts the whole place down. They need to send a manager here to observe the lack of service.. I have to try and catch it open one day because she always has it shut down. I want to post her name on here so we all know who it is.. but it's never open So I can get her name tag . it's 3:00 p.m. In the afternoon rn and it says she's on lunch and the gate is down so you can't get any service. Why don't they just close this place and send her somewhere else? Or maybe retrain her or demote her since she's the worst !
