This letter contained very important and expensive documents. The post office employee did not offer me the option of sending the letter with a tracking number (I did not know about this), and as a result, my letter was lost! When I contacted this post office, I was told that it was impossible to track the location of the letter. Please answer me, who should be held responsible? Why do you have such a disrespectful and careless attitude towards your work and customers? For you, the biggest problem is how to close the office as quickly as possible and go to lunch. When I came to send the letter, you rushed me, saying several times that it was time for lunch, even though it was working hours! You should take your work more seriously! I demand that management look into this situation and find the letter with my documents!
