Disgusting service. Everyone looks gloomy. They don’t want to help with anything, and they answer questions reluctantly.

I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism at this post office. We had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. We arrived at 11:02, went inside, and immediately started looking for the employee who was supposed to handle our registration. We were told, “She’s not here, please wait.” So we waited — patiently — for 16 minutes. At 11:18 she finally showed up, but instead of apologizing or explaining the delay, she told us our appointment had been canceled and that the next customer would be taken instead. No warning. No apology. No respect for our time. This is not just a mistake — it’s blatant disregard for customers and basic service standards. People like this should not be working with the public. They waste your time and destroy trust in the entire service. I expect an official apology and an explanation from management, as well as action to ensure this never happens again. If the office cannot respect appointments or customers, it should stop offering scheduled bookings altogether.

Considering we pay these people’s salaries, you would think they would treat people with respect and take more pride in the work that they do. I guess that’s too much to ask for. I made a passport appointment for my toddler at this location and waited in line to be called. Obviously toddlers have very little patience and because no one had acknowledged us for 15 minutes, I asked the attendants if we were standing in the right line. They were rude and very annoyed with my question. We proceeded to wait and then I heard the two workers talking about me, saying that I’ll just need to wait as long as they say. The line started forming so out of curiosity I asked another woman in the line when her appointment was and she said it was 1 hour before mine. She also informed me that the camera for passport photos was broken and that she needed to go to Walgreens for her photo. This is obviously something that would have been good to know when I got there considering that we were there for a photo. I then asked the workers if the camera was broken and they confirmed and got into an argument with me about it. No common sense! If you see I have a toddler, have some decency to tell me that the camera is broken instead of purposely making me wait for no reason. Avoid this place at all cost and if the USPS is reading this- hire new people!
